We do cleaning on a one time occassion for move out/in's, clutter clearing, spring cleaning, pre and post parties, or just because you deserve it!
Do you offer standard reoccuring service?
We offer regular service on a daily, weekly and bi weekly basis.
What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the service frequency, location and time allotment. For standard reoccuring service, we do a walk through at the location and provide an estimate. For one time cleanings our rate is based on a minimum charge.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully licensed and insured, so you can feel safe that if any damage was done to your property, we will fix or replace it immediately, at no expense to you.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all of our supplies with us when we come including products, cloths, mops and vacuums.
What is your satisfaction gaurantee?
We stand behind our work if you were unhappy with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we will return at our earliest availability to take care of the unattended areas.
How many cleaners will come?
Our cleaners work independantly, except on larger projects. When you sign up for on going service, we will set you up with the same individual that comes each time. This way you are able to form a relationship with your cleaner and feel comfortable with them in your home.
Do you do laundry?
Yes, we can launder towels, dish cloths and bed linens as long as we have time to complete it in the time frame that we are in your home.
Do you do dishes?
Yes, we will wash up to one sink full of dishes or load them in the dishwasher if one is available.
Do you clean ovens?
No, when cleaning an oven with natural products, it needs to sit over night and requires more scrubbing time.
Do you clean windows?
We do offer interior window cleaning in which the windows are easily accessible and no more then 6 ft from the ground.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
We do not do carpet cleaning, but on our About Us page there is a sub page called Links, where you will find companies we refer.
