Shipping & Returns

Delivery Times

We usually require a minimum of 2-3 business days to process orders for existing customers. If you do not already have an account with us, it may take longer to set up your first order.

Shipping & Invoices

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, if you wish to avoid a delivery charge you may pick your order up at 508 Alpha Street, Victoria BC. If you choose to pick up your order; a Clean Conscience representative will contact you to inform you when it is ready.

Please unpack your orders immediately and check for any shortages or damage that may have been caused during transit. Please report any shortages or damage to a Clean Conscience representative within 1 business day to make a claim. In order to process a claim you must present any damaged goods and receipt of goods.

Your invoice will be enclosed with shipped orders and also act as a packing slip.

Returns

The authorization of a Clean Conscience representative is required for any returns. The request must be made within 7 days for a full refund or 14 days for a company credit. Merchandise returned due to customer errors is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the freight charges will be born by the Buyer. Returns will be refused unless they have been authorized by a Clean Conscience representative and the goods are in their original packaging.
