How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do your wash windows?


We will wash the insides of windows, however, you must first remove the screens as we do not want to damage them. We do not wash the outsides of windows.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.




Can I get an hourly rate for a one time cleaning?


We only offer hourly rates to customers who sign up for a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. If you agree to a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, you are required to pay for your first three visits in advance. For just a one time or once monthly clean, you would pay our one time fee.




How does it works for Airbnbs?


Airbnb owners pay the hourly rate. Services like laundry are extras. Please give us your calendars as soon as you can in advance, so we can make sure we schedule in. If you give us a list of things you want done, we will add that list to every job.




How does it work for office cleaning/commercial cleaning?


The price varies based on how often you would like to have a clean and the size of the area. Please call for an indivualized quote.




Do we get invoices and receipts?


Absolutely.




How are you with pets in the house?


We have no problem with pets if they are well behaved and comfortable with strangers, if they are not comfortable with stangers, we ask that they be crated.

We accept E-transfer or cash only.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please give us at minimum 24 hrs notice for cancellations.  If you cancel with less then 24 hrs notice, you will be charged for 1/2 the price of your service.
